Independent flight buying agent · London

Fly without
the guesswork.

Not a travel agent, concierge or booking service. An independent buying agent for premium flights. I work with you or your EA to get you onto the business and first class flights that don't disappoint. And keep you on them.

Same airline.
Same fare.
Different world.

The aircraft matters as much as the airline. Here's what the difference looks like.

Virgin Atlantic Upper Class 787
Virgin Atlantic
Upper Class
787 · Flat seat · No door · Open cabin
Same airline. Same cabin. Same fare. The aircraft determines which product you actually receive. Without knowing which metal is operating your flight, you're booking blind.

British Airways Club World 777
British Airways
Club World
777 · Flat bed · No door · Middle seats face a stranger
Same airline. Same cabin. Same fare. Same aircraft type. BA operates both products on the same routes. The seat you get depends entirely on which variant is assigned to your flight.

Four things.
Done properly.

01
Cognitive load,
lifted entirely

You tell me where you're going and when. I handle everything else about the flight. I evaluate and recommend - you (or your EA) choose and execute. No headspace required.

02
Right flight.
Right aircraft. Right seat.

Not all business classes and first classes are equal. The same airline, fare and cabin can give you completely different experiences, even on the same aircraft type. I know the differences and will make sure you get onto the right metal.

03
Proactive monitoring.
No surprises.

Airlines swap aircraft without any announcement and schedules can change silently. Most people miss this and the impact to their flight experience. I'll have alternatives already identified before you've even noticed.

04
Points, when they
genuinely matter.

You'd never let inflation eat away your cash - it should be the same with your points. I'll always assess and include clear opportunities to turn these into flights.

Like a personal stylist who tells you exactly what to buy - they've already assessed the sizing nuances, the material blend, whether the fabric is going to last. You just show up and buy.

I do the same for premium flights - the aircraft, the cabin, the seat, the routing. You just show up and board.

Simple by design.
Thorough by nature.

01
You send the trip

Origins, destinations, dates & number of passengers. We can talk via email or WhatsApp - a message or voice note works. No forms, portals or logins to deal with if that's your style.

02
14 researches the route

Every airline on the route is assessed. Aircraft type, cabin product, seat, availability and any points redemption opportunities. The ones that don't suit are filtered before you see anything.

03
You receive my recommendation and alternatives

Direct flights by default, indirect when the product is meaningfully better. If a points redemption makes genuine financial sense, it's included alongside. Choose your fancy and book it.

04
14 monitors until you land

Aircraft change alerts are set. Schedule changes are watched. If anything shifts between booking and travel, you hear from me with alternatives already identified.

I work directly with you or your EA as a specialist alongside your existing team, not a replacement for it.
Communication via email or WhatsApp. Requests acknowledged within 4 hours during business hours, with full recommendations delivered within 24 hours.
Minimum purchase · 5 credits
£500
per credit
  • Business class flight 1 credit
  • First class flight 2 credits
  • Points redemption opportunities always assessed & included where it makes sense
  • Full route, aircraft & cabin optimisation
  • Proactive monitoring until you land
  • Ad hoc questions answered via email or WhatsApp
How credits work

Pay per trip only -
nothing wasted.

Credits are purchased in advance and used when you need them.

Minimum purchase is 5 credits (£2,500). They never expire, so use at your convenience.

Business class flights use 1 credit. First class flights use 2. Redemption opportunities are always assessed and included - never an extra.

To get started, get in touch. Credits are issued once we've spoken and agreed the scope of the relationship.

14 is run by Jonathan Wauchope. One person (so far), with a deliberately small client list, and a decade of obsessive knowledge about premium commercial aviation... and a passion to keep people up in the air as comfortably as possible.
